In a defining milestone, Captain Surabhi Mishra has become the first woman Commander on the Boeing 757-200 PCF in the Blue Dart fleet. Her achievement exemplifies perseverance, capability and leadership, setting a powerful example for aspiring aviators across the industry.

Solar Panel at Mumbai- 2025

As part of its sustainability journey, Blue Dart Aviation has commissioned an 80 kWp solar power installation at its Mumbai (BOM) warehouse facility, reinforcing its commitment to clean energy, operational efficiency and responsible growth.

Tree Plantation Initiatives - 2025

Demonstrating its commitment to environmental stewardship, the organisation has planted over 8,400 trees, contributing to ecological balance and supporting a greener tomorrow.

CSR & Governance (GVD) Initiatives - 2025

Blue Dart Aviation continues to strengthen its commitment to responsible business practices through its CSR and Governance (GVD) initiatives, creating meaningful impact across communities and the environment.

Through the ‘Go Green’ initiative, the organisation promotes environmental awareness and nature-based learning, while the ‘Go Teach’ programme focuses on building future-ready talent through skill development in logistics and supply chain management.

As part of its Governance-driven initiatives, focused environmental activities were undertaken during the year. Under the Go Clean Drive, employees actively participated in:

  • Keelkattalai Lake Clean-up (December 2025): Around 50 volunteers contributed to restoring and cleaning the lake surroundings, supporting ecosystem revival.
  • Local Area Clean-up Drives (April 2025): Around 40 volunteers engaged in improving neighbourhood environments and promoting sustainability awareness.

These initiatives reflect Blue Dart Aviation’s commitment to embedding governance, accountability, and environmental responsibility into its operations, while fostering a culture of active participation and community engagement.

CO₂ Reduction & Sustainability - 2025

Reinforcing its commitment to sustainable operations, Blue Dart Aviation has achieved an estimated reduction of ~2 million metric tonnes of CO emissions through fuel optimisation and operational efficiencies. Complemented by renewable energy initiatives such as solar power, these efforts reflect a strong and sustained focus on building an environmentally responsible future.
